Guest charges are payable in full on check-in. A waiting list is also available in the event that we are already booked.

We welcome your visit any time of the year. The following room rates apply to our peak season of April 14th through October 31st, except for special events.

All room rates include full gourmet breakfast, and free use of a kayak and bike. Please phone us for off-season room rates.

Guests canceling any portion of their reservation less than 10 days before their expected arrival date, will be charged for one night's lost revenue, unless we are able to re-book the room. All cancellations will be charged a $30 cancellation fee.
