Please tell us when you would like to visit, or check our online availability schedule and request a room. Weekend reservations require a two-night minimum, longer for special events. Guest charges are payable on check in and require a credit card guarantee in advance. Deposits are required for extended stays. We accept all major credit cards. Rates are for double occupancy and are subject to state and local taxes.

ARRIVING BY BOAT
For those of you wishing to arrive by water, transit boat slips are available next door at Gratitude Marina.

SPECIAL OCCASIONS
We can arrange a beautiful bouquet, champagne, chocolate dipped strawberries or a colorful fruit basket. Let us know what you have in mind. We will do our best to accommodate your special occasion. If you need restaurant recommendations or reservations, please let us know ahead of time so your special surprise can be ready when you arrive.

REWARDS PROGRAM
Returning Old Gratitude House Guests receive a 10% discount on their rooms rates as a special thank you from Hank & Sandy. (Cannot combine with third party gift certificates)

GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift Certificates for an Old Gratitude House stay make a wonderful gift for those special occasions and holidays. Certificates of any dollar amount are available. Please call or email us with any questions you may have!

POLICIES

CANCELLATION POLICY
Guests cancelling any portion of their reservation less than 10 days before their expected arrival date will be charge for one night’s lost revenue, unless we are able to rebook the room. All cancellations will be charged a $30 cancellation fee.

GUEST POLICIES

• The Old Gratitude House is a non-smoking establishment.
• We regret that we can not accommodate children under 15 or pets.
• If told in advance we will make every effort to accommodate your personal dietary needs or restrictions.
• Check in time is 3pm, unless other arrangements are made in advance.
• Check out time is 11am.
